Summer Reading

Need books to read this summer? Come to the HMS Media Center to get books!

Thursday, July 13th, 5:20 - 7:30 PM

​What:
  • Read any books of your choice.
  • Goal is to read 720 minutes this summer.

When:
  • May 26th - August 8th

Where:
  • Log all minutes read in Beanstack to receive credit.

How:
  • Go to Classlink -> eLibrary Folder -> Beanstack
  • Make sure you always add the title of the book you were reading and the minutes read.
  • Click here for directions on using Beanstack online as well as the App.
  • If you have issues with Beanstack, you may turn in a paper reading log listing date read, minutes read, and title read (must be turned in on the first day of school to receive credit). Click here for sample paper reading log.

Why:
  • Reading helps you in so many ways, but we are offering prizes as well as expanding your brain power!
